Marketing Department
Associate Vice President, Credit Card Product (Assistant Manager)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop business cases for new credit card products and coordinate with internal and external parties on system enhancement.
- Drive profitability and grow the card portfolio to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and accelerate portfolio KPIs and product P&L through performance analytics to ensure business objectives.
- Analyze customer portfolio and develop customer life cycle marketing campaigns to drive active rate, card usage, and interest income.
- Define new card features to make the card competitive in the market.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Engineering, Pure Science or IT
- Minimum 5 years solid working experience in Credit Card Product Management
- Thorough knowledge of credit card products and services.
- Strong business and marketing sense with good project management and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative, proactive, open-minded, and result-oriented.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
