Credit Card Operations Department
Senior Specialist, Credit Card Approval
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform independent credit assessments, underwriting and credit processing for new application / credit line review on credit card in adherence to credit policy, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate permanent and temporary credit card limit adjustment
- Meet service turnaround indicators and internal quality standards
- Optimize credit approval on risk justified basis to cope with business direction and changing economic environment
- Vigilant in detecting doubtful credit documentation
- Participate in system UAT to ensure implementation of credit card programs
Job Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in credit card industry or unsecured products
- Able to work under pressure and working extended hours on occasions
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Less experiences will be considered as Specialist, Credit Card Approval
