United Asia Finance was pleased to be awarded the distinction logo of “caring company” for fifteen consecutive years as a recognition on the continuous commitment in executing Corporate Social Responsibility & Public Welfare Service.
The award is hosted by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Launched by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (“HKCSS”) in 2002, the Caring Company Scheme (the Scheme) aims to foster strategic partnerships between the business and social services sectors to promote good corporate citizenship and jointly make effort to create a more inclusive society. Since 2005, United Asia Finance (“UA”) has extended great support to various public welfare activities by close co-operations with different Social Welfare Organizations, simultaneously offering chance for our staff to contribute a part to the society, with the objective to well fulfill our responsibility to contribute to the community as a good Corporate Citizenship. UA is nominated again in 2019/20 and the nominator organizations include St James' Settlement, School of Vocational Training of the Hong Kong College of Technology, Hong Kong Family Welfare Society and Po Leung Kuk.
In 2020, UA has again passed the adjudication and be granted the distinction logo of “15 years + caring company” as a recognition.
