For the 11th year consecutively, United Asia Finance (“UA”) is awarded in “CAPITAL Merits of Achievement in Banking and Finance”.
The objective of the award is to credit respective enterprises of banking and finance on their outstanding performance and continuous contribution to the stability and prosperity of Hong Kong economy. All the awardees are strictly chosen by a judging panel comprised of professional editorial office of Capital Magazine and renowned political and business leaders in Hong Kong. The assessment criteria are based on different aspects of performance of the enterprises including overall performance of corporation, service quality, customer relations, marketing strategy, reputation and goodwill. Being accredited for the 11th consecutive year, it is definitely a strong evidence to prove and reassert the leading position of UA in the consumer finance industry.
Upon receipt the award from Mr. Jerry Hui, Chief Editor of Capital Magazine, Mr. Akihiro Nagahara, CEO & Managing Director of UA, shared, “Time flies, it has been more than 1/4 century since our establishment in 1993. Adhering to our service motto of “Customer First", we are always the same in serving our customers with sincerity “from the heart” to provide the most professional, comprehensive and caring loan services for our customers. We have served over 570,000 customers in Hong Kong already.
Apart from the quality customer service, we have been keeping pace with the development of society and advanced technology over the years, being the pioneer to introduce many innovative products to the market to fulfil every need of customer. In Jan of 2019, our FinTech and Innovation Department has officially set up, which again an evidence to show our determination and commitment to strive to stay at the forefront of the market and technology advancement to continue to provide the best service for our customers of any financial needs. In July of this year, UA launched the advanced “YES UA” APP, marking us the first money lender[1] in Hong Kong which supports real-time identity authentication with full coverage of all versions of HKID cards including 2018 new smart HKID. In addition, with the application of advanced high technology of artificial intelligence (“AI”), “YES UA” APP enables the completion of entire loan process speedily with few clicks, providing customers with new mobile loan experience with higher security, speed and flexibility.
In future, UA will continue to lead the industry to march forwards and keep providing the most professional, caring and flexible loan services for our customers to enable them all to ‘let go of worries’.
