UA Finance signed up Joyful@Healthy Workplace Charter
UA Finance (UA) signed up for the Charter of Joyful@Healthy Workplace, a programme jointly launched by the Department of Health, Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council.
The major objectives of this programme are promoting a healthy workplace, protecting the physical well-being and life of employees, and hence enhancing productivity and competitiveness of the organisation. Ultimately, it creates a win-win situation for both employers and employees.
