I/We acknowledge receipt of and have read and agreed with United Asia Finance Limited (“the Company”)’s “Notice to Customers and Other Individuals Relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) and the Code of Practice on Consumer Credit Data (the “Code”)”. The Company does not intend to collect such personal data of any person and such direct or indirect disclosure/provision of personal data of any person is not for any of the Company’s purpose for which personal data is being collected.
