Marketing Department
Associate Vice President, Credit Card Usage (Assistant Manager)
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize card usage plan to grow card portfolio
- Assist in merchant acquisition and development
- Develop card usage and rewards strategy to grow card spending and cash advance portfolio
- Assist in Formulate portfolio management strategies to aggressively grow account receivables and increase card usage
- Assist in developing customer engagement strategies and programs for both new accounts and inactive accounts to encourage continuous card usage and increase active ratio
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in promoting credit card product is preferred
- Strong ability for communication, analysis and teamwork
- Understand credit card market trend and competitor
- Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Product Knowledge – Understand the proposition, product definition of credit card to ensure the competitiveness of our product and services
